VRLA Technology: VRLA (Valve Regulated Lead Acid) batteries are sealed, maintenance-free batteries. They use either AGM (Absorbent Glass Mat) or Gel technology. AGM batteries are better for delivering short bursts of high current, while Gel batteries have a longer service life and better cycle capacity. VRLA batteries have low self-discharge rates and can be stored for long periods without recharging. They also offer exceptional deep discharge recovery, although repeated deep discharge can reduce their service life.
