Warranty: Products are warranted for 5 years from the date of purchase, with exceptions for lead acid batteries (2 years) and lithium-ion batteries (3 years). Proof of correct battery usage is required for warranty claims.
Repair or Replacement: Defective products will be repaired or replaced by Victron Energy during the warranty period at their discretion, free of charge. De‐installation, transportation, and re‐installation costs are not covered.
Exclusions: Warranty does not cover physical damage, improper use, inadequate connection, mechanical shock, contact with liquid, improper environment, lightning damage, or unauthorized repairs. Product must not be disassembled or modified.
Repair Ownership: Victron Energy owns removed parts and uses new or reconditioned parts for repairs and replacements. Replaced components have a separate 6-month warranty.
Damages: Victron Energy is not liable for direct, incidental, special, or consequential damages, even caused by negligence or fault.
Life Support Policy: Products are not recommended for life support applications or direct patient care.
Warranty Service: Products must be serviced at the place of purchase or directly through Victron Energy.
Warranty on Repairs: Warranty period for repaired or replaced parts is 6 months from delivery by Victron Energy.
Transport Responsibility: Senders are responsible for adequate packaging and damage-free transport.
Severability: Invalid or unenforceable terms do not affect the remaining terms.
Australia Only: Australian Consumer Law guarantees apply, including replacement, refund, and compensation for failures.
